DISTRICT COURTS SAKET

DELHI has taken a big leap in the administration of Justice with the inauguration of  ASIA’s BIGGEST COURT  COMPLEX as  DISTRICT COURT SAKET, NEW DELHI.
Spread over 16 Hectare, using a budget of  Rs.313 Crore,  the seven-story centrally air-conditioned DISTRICT COURT SAKET COMPLEX has 81 courts catering to south and south east districts of  New Delhi. Apart from courts due care has been taken about the interest of advocates by providing 700 lawyers chambers, separate advocates parking. Adjacent to court premises 128 residential houses for judicial officers have also been raised.  The court complex have a lockup, a State Bank of India Branch and a Police Post in the premises itself. Required emphasis has also been given to the litigants visiting the court  as well, proper underground parking for litigants, ample space outside each court room to wait for their case. Hope this will bring some cherish to the litigants, lawyers and the entire judicial mechanism of our country.
